Fall Fragrances: Reed Diffuser Sets

Our Reed Diffuser Sets come in the same fragrances as our candles, and are a great way to provide a cozy scent to a room without the use of flame or heat, making them great for people with small children or mischievous pets. Perfect for bathrooms, office spaces and bedrooms!
 
What exactly is a reed diffuser? 
 
Typically, wooden reeds are placed into a glass jar filled with a scented mixture. The reeds, or sticks, are designed to draw the solution up. The solution then evaporates into the air leaving the aroma molecules behind for you to smell. To quote the kids, it's "Smelly Sticks"!
 
The more reeds you add to the mixture, the stronger the scent. Our kits come in a 4 ounce amber glass jar  and 10 reeds.
 
We recommend using 5-6 reeds to start. If the reed diffuser will be fragrancing a very large room, or you enjoy a strong scent, begin with 1-2 more reeds than usual, or live on the edge and use all ten at once!  When the scent begins to fade, flip the reed sticks upside down in the jar.
